![]() ![]() Were you may explore to find weapon parts, resources, NPCs with some missions, skins, etc. I think they could also add a special node that is semi open world (like borderlands) they are meant to be a threat more than a debuff "piñata" but that debuff would be a good reason to go there and get that miniboss killed. I know this has nothing to do with star chart, but I would like to see more minibosses in the game (bosses that can take tons of damage but are interesting to fight at the same time) and when you kill them the enemies get debuffed (eg: if you kill a grineer miniboss the grineer lose 30% of his armor and napalm units get replaced for elite lancers) that would be until the next miniboss spawns, and they could spawn every 7 minutes in survival, 5 waves in defense, etc. I would like to see a group of missions tied together (like sorties) but after you complete all of them you would have to fight a high level enemy (that feels like one) I mean, they have some nice mechanics, but they are way to weak (they barely do any damage, and they die like with one shot from a shotgun) But again, that would work nice with a difficulty selector, so people that are not skilled enough or are new to the game could handle that situation too.Īlso, instead of having places like Draco, they could make some random missions to give a high amount of XP, so players that need to level up fast would run different type of missions instead of running the same one over and over. Obviously for playing hard we could get way more chances to see assassins, or way more xp and credits for completing a missions like that.Īlso, I would love to see quest missions in the planets, and a path to follow so new players could complete a story. I really want them to add a difficulty selector to each mission so players that want easy missions could pick easy (they wont see enemies like nullifiers, bombards, bursas, etc.) while players that want challenge would pick hard and will see more special enemies than trash mobs, more difficult objectives (like les HP for pods in defense, more enemies in extermination missions, more less HP for excavator in excavation missions, etc. Well, they said we are going to see one mission type per planet to get rid of ghost nodes. ![]() I don't want to just click on a node and be there, I'd love, love, love it if the next Star Chart made it really feel like we're traversing the system, like it took a couple of minutes of actual gameplay to get from place to place. Run a Sabotage or Deception mission to clear the Solar Rail controls and make a window of opportunity for your Orbiter to sneak through. Wanna go from the inner system to the outer system? Wanna make the jump from the Naramon Core to the coiling dragon reaches of the Madurai Sphere? Cool. I'd like to see it function as an actual chart, which tracks the location of your Orbiter. It's like Sixty5 suggested above, the star chart has no relevance at all other than as a visual aid. Right now, we can hit any node in the system. One thing which I'd love to see, but which people are going to scream at me for even suggesting, is some noted difficulty of traversing the system map. Ok, my next suggestion is below, but first, take a look at the teaser art again: As I've said before, on multiple occasions, I love the almost deliberately anachronistic appearance of it, I love how it looks like it's drawn on, of all the god damned things, paper, I love the stylised designations of different regions, I love the way it hints concerning the way Tenno themselves think about the view the system. ![]() ![]() What I'd like to see there is planetary nodes where the mission type and specific difficulty changes automatically and randomly every few hours, so that there are no fixed mission type nodes.Īesthetically, I very much appreciate where they seem to be going with the new system map. I'd like to see something vaaaguely similar to your suggestion about the nodes. ![]()
